The Summer Foundation has proposed a bill aimed at preventing the premature admission of young people into aged care facilities.

The Summer Foundation has presented a submission on a draft bill for the new Aged Care Act, targeted at preventing younger people from unduly entering aged care. As detailed in their off-site submission, their proposals center around aged care and housing. The submission was made public on 19th February 2024.
